overpriced muck served to idiot Somerset fools who have never tasted a true curry and consequently think this 'modernist' place is quality. not true. you pay thru the nose and you get slop. fair enough it's the one one around here, but still, MUST TRY BETTER TO PRODUCE DECENT FOOD !!!

We had a takeway from Alcombe Tandoori last night - excellent quality, on time - the order was even correct - Perfect! Highly recommended! Good and innovative selection of dishes - well spiced.... Even the Korma tastes good! Booking recommended though - even on a weds night...

i have eaten here on a few occasions and have enjoyed it every time, the food is cooked perfectly and they have a very good selection to choose from and its very delicious, the prices reflect the quality and its the best indian restaurant around for miles, the staff are very friendly and the restaurant itself has a nice relaxing atmosphere, i'd recommend it to anyone.

We have eaten at the Alcombe Tandoori on quite a few occasions. I can honestly say it is the best Indian restaurant I have been to - superb service, lovely food and a stylish setting. The prices are very reasonable - if you're in the Minehead area book a table!
