Been using this chippy for a long time always thought the food and service was great until tonight that was when we made a complaint about the unprofessionalism and the way we felt we had been treated. Whilst making the compliant the lady apologised while laughing! At this point the 'manager' but in quite aggressively denying the complaints being made one of our complaints was about the manager who was sitting shouting and swearing about YouTube videos on her phone to one of her colleagues .....very professional especially when she is sitting in the front shop( whither on her break or not!!!!)!!!! After heated words were exchanged we left the shop only to be chased out by the manager who was shouting aggressively and her behaviour was extremely threatening. If her colleague had not been there to hold her back I feel she may have physically attacked me or my partner. She is very lucky I didn't call the police as there were several witnesses and sure there will be CCTV!! Needless to say I will never set foot in the shop again!
