We decided to book the restaurant based on it wining the Devon food award twice. It was an hour? drive to get there from Lynton, but well worth the trip. The venue itself has the feel off an old pub, with a log fire, and plenty of locals around the bar. The food was excellent, very tasty and large portions. Don? miss out on dessert either, their caramel banana was brilliant. Well worth the trip, the best food in Devon.
