Although we only stopped for a drink on our way back from redruth to Birmingham, the service we received was friendly, polite and very welcoming. We called in at around 1pm on Sunday 10 Sept 06 and the weather was glorious so we sat outside, but my husband asked if we could take our small dog in to the bar to watch the Italian Grand Prix and the staff said no problem but as the weather was so lovely I declined. Both my husband and I have made a note of this lovely pub (One which I used to pass on many occasions when the old A30 road went through this lovely small village) and will definitely be popping in again. oh and the drinks were excellent as well.
