Aylesbury Fusion sits on Exchange Street in the town centre and majors on Brazilian-style rodízio, with freshly grilled meats carved tableside alongside an unlimited buffet of dishes such as feijoada, pão de queijo, salads, vegetables and cheeses. The full rodízio selection includes cuts such as picanha, maminha, cupim and garlic steak, with the Premier option adding sirloin, flank steak, lamb, stuffed pork belly and grilled pineapple. There’s plenty beyond the grill too, with homemade pizzas, steaks and burgers alongside starters including chicken wings, king prawns, crispy pork belly and bao buns. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices are available, making it a flexible option for mixed groups as well as committed meat-eaters. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner most days, with later closing on Friday and Saturday.
