Turned sour when revealed heart attack victims need to honour deposit despite large bill
Do not leave a deposit for this place. We booked for 11 for a family meal and unfortunately 1 member of my family who was travelling 230 miles to attend had a heart problem and was admitted to hospital via A&E . Despite notice and a restaurant that was not full they retained as a penalty £40 for the 4 members who could not travel. I understand the need for deposits to avoid cancellation but this was in addition to the meals we paid for the remainder 8 attendees. Outrageous...

Dropped in here on a Bank holiday weekend-place was quite but the service was brilliant. Very attentive waiters etc. This is not a cheap venue-but the food is delicious and good portions,served with style and grace.Ideal place for special occasions,birthdays etc.
