To whom it may concern, i hope i am at the rite place to give feedback, i was visiting Bar Mcr terminal 1 Manchester before flying to turkey a few weeks back, i over heard the waiter telling a customer that there was only one chef in the kitchen that morning and he was sorry for the delay, when it was my time to order i asked for several items off the menu for me and my family, around 15 minutes later the food came out hot and looking scrummy! It was delicious, filled us all up we didnt even have to buy food on the plane, before leaving i asked the waiter for the chefs name and he said she was called Jocelina, i must give credit to this women as it was extremely busy and considering she was working alone food came out hot tasty and very professional, she deserves some credit...well done Jocelina!
