About Belluno Italian Axminster

Belluno is a family-run Italian restaurant, bar and grill in the south Devon market town of Axminster. The family traces its roots back to Naples and you can expect a traditional Italian menu here at both lunch and dinner every day except Tuesdays. At lunchtimes, there’s a good-value special deal and the a la carte showcases flame-grilled steaks as well as a good pizza and pasta selection. And don’t miss the Happy Hour Cocktails every day. The main dining area is spacious and atmospheric with high ceilings, feature pillars and large windows which let the light flood in. Belluno also hosts occasional live music nights.

We stop here for dinner on a Monday evening after a day in Weymouth. It was very easy to reserve a table using their own website. Was easy to find in Axminster. The food was amazing and great value for money. We had the any pizza or pasta for £11.95 and it was great quality. The portion size was very good and they were also able to remove topping that weren't wanted ( mushrooms and olives) with no bother. Great atmosphere and very good service too. We highly recommend

Asked for water and was brought a £10 bottle I hadn’t ordered! Fritto misto batter rather too thick which impaired the flavour of the seafood and courgette. Burrata not as creamy and delicious as the one I buy in Waitrose. Pizza Margarita had too thick a crust. Very good service. Convivial atmosphere. Six out of ten

This is the 2nd time of visiting on our 2 week holiday and both times we were extremely impressed. The service was excellent, the food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was very chilled. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. 5 stars in our eyes. Thank you.
