Boonnak Thai Restaurant opened on Blackpool's Topping Street in the summer of 2012. It offers diners a choice of menus including a la carte, various set menus, a lunch menu, takeaway, early bird and an 'authentic Thai' menu with dishes like Spicy papaya salad with peanuts, pickled crab and pickled fish and Finely chopped raw sirloin in spicy salad dressing. Everything is prepared by expert chefs that trained in Thailand's five-star hotels. Boonnak is fully licensed and is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sunday. There is also an upstairs dining room that can be booked for special occasions and seats up to 30 people.
