The Bourne Arms is situated right next to the ferry crossing in Knott End overlooking the River Wyre estuary and with great views out over Morecambe Bay to the Lakeland fells. Popular with both locals and visitors to the area, this large split-level pub serves traditional home cooked food with a regular specials board and a wide selection of beer, wine and soft drinks. There are plenty of tables -- either inside where you can look out over the river or outside in the large garden area. The Pavilion room at the Bourne Arms can also be hired out for private events. Free parking is available outside or you can visit on foot via the short ferry from Fleetwood.
