Lovely friendly atmosphere and attentive service, an unusual mix of Eastern Mediterranean and Jewish home cooking. The food was fresh and well prepared, a good choice of venue if your looking for the personal touch.

This restaurant serves really outstanding Middle Eastern-influenced food, but is totally unpretentious, which is great! The portions are generous, the flavours of the meals are well balanced and the staff are friendly and attentive without being 'in your face'.
The wine list is comprehensive and well explained and there are recommendations next to some dishes as to which wines go best with them.
I've put the cost down as average because £75 for 3 courses, coffee and a bottle of wine for 2 people sounds like good value to me.
The menu changes daily depending on what's available because most food is locally sourced. Starters are about £5-6, mains £15-20 and desserts £3-6
Highly recommended!
