We have been to Cafe Vienna 3 times now and the service, food and drinks are always the same, excellent. This cafe has got it right without a doubt. There are very many restaurants/cafes that would do well to take a leaf out of their book. As an example we went in today Saturday 29th November 2008 and the place was very busy no doubt due to the Victorian market in Worcester. We found ourselves a table where the young waitress came straight over and wiped the surface. My wife sat down, I took note of the table number and proceeded to the counter to order. There were 4 people in front of me and within less that a minute It was my turn to order! So efficient its untrue. I then sat down, took off my coat and just got relaxed when the two cups of coffee arrived. Within 5 minutes we were eating our lunch. As we looked around this place, which by the way is quite extensive we noted that tables were cleared very quickly indeed, even when you had not left the table if you had finished of course. All the waitress's appears to be the same age, build and are all dressed the same. The service is second to none and all of the staff are very friendly throughout. This is service without compromise. They get them in, bums on seats, and get them out having had a good wholesome meal ready for the next customers. Well done all and thanks.
