Just had two haddock and chips from calvertyon fish bar - main street calverton. Fish full of grease and the batter was so tough you could hardly cut it with a knife. had to scrape the fish off the batter, Chips were bitty. kids were very disappointed. spoke to some on the phone who inferred ' did you buy them from here ?? What does that tell you ?

very good, fish fried while you wait,many other items on menu, very, very good staff , having tv not a good idea but bearable.

well fried, fresh fried fish, scampi in fact everything, can be enjoyed in shop or take-away
