Busy friday night - staff unfriendly and understaffed food was good, but had to wait over an hour. prob wouldn't go again.

Poor door found an elastic band in the salad and muscles were awful.

Very good service, excellent food and very well priced. The Chicken & Seafood Paella was superb. Well recommended.

I came here last Saturday lunch time with my family and we were all very impressed. The atmosphere was very cosy, the food excellent and the staff very friendly. My twin sister has lived in Madrid and said the food was as good as any she has had over there! A compliment indeed! It was such a refreshing change to have authentic tapas as opposed to boring chain restaurant food.

YOU CANNOT ACQUIRE EXPERIENCE BY MAKING EXPERIMENTS. YOU CANNOT CREATE EXPERIENCE YOU MUST UNDERGO IT. ----------------- ALBER CAMUS (1913-1960) AND 'CASA TAPAS' is one Experience i am more than happy to undergo 'TIME and TIME' again :-) :-)

I was incredibly surprised by the poor quality of the food given the reviews posted on this website. Our table of six was unable to finish most of the tapas ordered, with the exception of the albondigas. The paella was overcooked, some of the sauces tasted like a bad school gravy. I would never return

Always wanted to try it as heard the reviews, wish I hadn't. Food tasted processed. Staff well what can I say I was appalled by the attitude. Don't ever complain as if you do you will have a barall of abuse hurdled at you. I left there shaking. I have a condition where my body does not cope under stress and due to the abuse I was having palpitations for a few hours following this. I strongly recommend that you do not give this appalling establishment your business.

Our usual visit was as always the pleasant and enjoyable evening we have come to expect at 'Casa Tapas'. The new bar area is FAB and a very nice ambience,comfortable and relaxing to sit and have a drink before and after our meal chatting with friendly inviting owners as well as other customers. Sat are always booked up 2/3 wks in advanced, and a so we tend to book a wk day at just few days notice. We also always notice people we have seen there several times which is i feel always a good sign of a very good place to eat. Dawn

For the past 2 years Myself and friends look forward to our visit every 5/6 weeks to 'Casa Tapas'. We really feel at home the head waiter knows his wines and we love trying his recommendations, never yet disappointed. The waitress's and owners are very friendly and very approachable. The food, price and music are excellent and give the impression of being in a traditional place in Spain
