About Cassiel Bar and Kitchen

Cassiel Bar and Kitchen is a community hub in Cottingham village that’s open seven days a week right through from 11am. There’s an extensive international menu with pastas, grills, burgers and tapas that’s available daytime and evening as well as a lighter brunch and lunch menu with jackets, wraps and ciabattas. Drinkers are also well catered for with regular guest ales, premium lagers, exotic ciders, cocktails and a special gin menu. Cassiel also runs regular live music nights.

A friend and I went to tapas and cocktails Tuesday night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Staff were friendly and attentive though it was quiet given it being a week day x food was so delicious. We will definitely go again xx

Both the starters and the main meals were tasty and plentiful, as were the chunky chips as a side dish. Would definitely recommend trying the rump steak stroganoff as a main meal and the garlic mushrooms as a starter. It's a shame that there weren't very many people in for a Saturday evening. Well worth a visit

Twas our anniversary, so a special occasion. My daughter was able to leave flowers on our table for us which was a nice touch. We had a lovely meal and a drink. I would recommend it . The staff were lovely too. As Arnie says We'll be back.
