Really friendly staff and a great menu with lots of interesting items.
The chips are the best I've ever had. Worth trying them with a flavour on - I had sweet chilli - really tasty.
I know they do fish in different ways too, you can even get gluten free batter.

Best fish and chips I've had in many a year!!! The batter on the fish is lovely light and tasty.My wife loved the mushy peas. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend a visit to the Castle Chippy if you are in the area, I will certainly be there again.

Really friendly staff here at the Castle Chippy and a good range on the menu. The chips are the best I have ever had. Try the chips with one of their flavours - I had mine with sweet chili sauce - delicious.
They also do batter for gluten-free diet.
Well worth a visit.

Came across this place on my way back to Scotland, an outstanding piece of cod with a lovely fresh crispy batter. Massive portion of chips.
