What a pleasant place to have afternoon tea or a lovely British lunch made with local produce. I recently took my wife and some friends there for lunch arriving at midday. The welcome by the staff was great. Food was ordered and was served. We were not rushed to move on from our table even though there were many people waiting. We finally stopped eating/drinking at 4:30pm. The food was wonderful, full of excellent flavours. A wonderful time can be had here. You are not able to book a table so arriving early is a must but you are able to book a table for 'afternoon tea' which we will be having next time we visit Chatsworth.
