We eat out a lot and only living round the corner are at a loss to why we haven't visited here before. Service is brilliant, as is the atmosphere. The menu reads really well and then to top off there are a number of specials read to you by the waitress/owner which sound brilliant. Its a little pricey for the area but worth every penny!! Gordon Ramsay could not pick fault!

I went to the restaurant based in Waterloo Liverpool,I had a most enjoyable meal,but when paying the bill the waitress told me that if I tip her it would only go towards staff wages and it was a way of paying the staff wages using tips and she did not get any benefit from it,so I overtly slipper her a few quid and left,but I refuse to eat at that place again until they change their ways and share the tips received out among the staff as an addition to their wage entitlement.

I have been here more than once and the food has always been 1st class, you are never rushed by pushy waiters who can't speak English. I can recommend the garlic mussels and steak always cooked to perfection please don't change anything can? wait to go back.

This is truly the greatest restaurant in Liverpool. The food is of Gordon Ramsay's standards and the service is outstanding. You'd be stupid not to experience this night out. Never, ever disappoints

I visited this restaurant last week for the first time. The food was perfection. I received the chicken in peppercorn sauce and must say it was delicious. The potatoes and vegetables where cooked exactly the way they should be, soft not hard but not soggy and still full of flavour. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious and I didn? want it to end. The service was superb and very efficient. All staff were welcoming and extremely pleasant. I will certainly visit this restaurant again and again. Finally I have found a restaurant were service is number 1 for the customer and the food is fabulous. Well done to the chef and assistants.

i eat out a lot and still i continue to revisit my favourite no 1 restaurant Charlie parkers. The food is incredible, the atmosphere wonderful and the staff could not be more helpful and pleasant. i have recommended this restaurant to all my family and friends, i have even taken my American relatives who still talk about it!!!!

i went with my partner because i heard it played jazz while you ate and taking the name of the place hoped it to be true ,but it wasnt there was lots of soul and charts stuff,plus the service was so slow ,however the food was ok .
