About Chells Of Lytham
Chells of Lytham opened on the high street in Lytham in December 2016 in what was formerly a Christian bookshop. It's run by husband-and-wife team Richard and Yvonne Chell who between them have nearly 30 years' experience in the business. Richard handles front-of-house and Yvonne runs the kitchen and Chells is open seven days a week from 9am to 5pm. The café has a vintage Victorian feel and can seat 36 inside and another 24 al fresco beneath the Victorian canopy. Breakfast is served every day until 11.30am and there is plenty of choice at lunch with sandwiches, toasties, salads, platters, burgers and omelettes as well as fish dishes and blackboard specials. They also make their own artisan ice cream which is available to eat in or take away from their ice cream bar. Kids have their own menu and they also do a traditional afternoon tea which is available with prosecco if you're in the mood as Chells is fully licensed.
