We chose this restaurant as we had some Tesco Clubcard Deal Vouchers and decided to go to London for a birthday treat for my husband. The deal vouchers entitled us to have all the food paid for so we only had to pay for our drinks. This restaurant is right in Covent Garden. We went on a Thursday night around 9:30pm. Despite it being out of season the restaurant was fairly full. The menu is quite extensive especially if you are a meat eater. To be honest we found it a little bit snobby. The staff were hard to find and my food tasted odd. Maybe it's just me! I don't know if all the Chez Gerard's are the same but maybe being in Covent Garden attracts a certain air. I don't know if I'd go to this restaurant again.
