Been to Chino Thai several times and it never fails to impress. The food is lovely, good value and plentiful and the staff are so friendly. Pleasant ambience too in the spacious restaurant. It is an asset to Bradford and I always recommend it to people.

I have visited the restaurant at Chino Thai on several occasions and have always had a lovely time. The service has been great and the food beautifully cooked. The prices I feel do represent the quality of food, although some may find it a little expensive. One word of advice though, some lighter eaters may want to share a portion of rice as opposed to ordering one each.
There is also the Fusion Noodle Bar downstairs, which offers a Chinese buffet and a Chinese menu (consisting of Soup, Noodle and Rice dishes). Again, I have visited a few times in the past and enjoyed it, but on a more recent visit I felt that the service and food was not a good standard.
In terms of service there were two main problems; the first being that the staff seemed to want to push us to have the buffet (which we didn't want) and some of the waiters/waitresses did not seem to be familiar with the order system.
When we asked for the Chinese menu, they said they would have to check with the kitchen, although it was very quiet during the whole of the time we were there.
It was also apparent that kitchen and waiting staff don't communicate, as those bringing the meals from the kitchen didn't seem to know which dish they were bringing to the table - not helpful when several similar dishes have been ordered and you then have to dig-around in the bowl to work out which is which.
Another problem we encountered was that one of the dishes was cold when it arrived. Again, surprising, given how quiet it was. Unfortunately, when we explained it was cold it was simply put into the microwave so that the skin on what was once crispy pork and crispy duck was, consequently, soggy when it was returned.
Overall, not an experience I would rush to repeat in a hurry.

Visited this restaurant last night with friends for my husband's birthday. I can honestly say it was fantastic! The food was very tasty and the service excellent. The staff were fantastic and with small personal touches made our visit very special. I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to family and friends!

My boyfriend took me to Chino Tai for new years eve and it was fantastic. A five course buffet with champagne, raffle and free gift all for just £25 a head. The service was faultless and the food outstanding. Every attempt had been made to make the evening special, even down to the flower carved veg!
Totally recommended and very understated

Visited with some friends on a Tuesday night - was quiet but that didn't stop us from having a good time! Great location, food was lovely, decent sized portions, service could have been better but it didn't put me off returning. Will definitely visit again soon.

Eat before the rush and Chino thai becomes one of the most affordable restaurants in town. Their food is fantastic and spicy and the staff are lovely. While it's usually fairly quiet upstairs this certainly doesn't detract from the ambiance. In fact, the silence is sometimes a nice change from the usual crowding of bradford restaurants.

Excellent food and service, and a terrific setting. Just short on clientele on the Thursday evening we were there. Wouldn? stop me returning though...
