Really enjoyed Ciao Baby on a Thurs evening - Antoine made us very welcome for my sons 15th birthday. Didnt enjoy the previous named Baroccos. This restaurant has been re organised and redecorated to a very high standard, sectioned into beautiful private areas yet still part of a great atmosphere. And the food wasnt bad either!!! Would highly recommend.

Had been recommended by friends & family I wasn't sure it would be suitable for my 3 children as all Friends & family had only been without kids We called in on a Sunday for a meal & it was Absolutely fantastic the staff was brilliant Even teaching my 5 year old how to speak Italian they couldn't do enough for us kids menu was limited But kids did eat everything as we did food Was gorgeous as already said service was Mega friendly & by the end if evening My 3 children aged 2 , 5 & 10 was all offered A lolly pop & 2 of my boys managed to say Good bye & thanks you in Italian due to the friendly Nature of staff who taught them Absolutely brilliant would recommend to families Or couples as the inside & food & drink Is brilliant 5***** for a good price

Had our anniversary meal here on 30th June made to feel very welcome meal was a very high standard service as good. For the time we had the price was more than reasonable. Would have no hesitation in going again

We went to this restaurant with a large family group of 10 people. The service was excellent, the food was served promptly, with an enjoyable period between each course. The wine selection was also very good and the prices were extremely reasonable. I would have no problem in recommending this restaurant to anybody.

I wouldn't go back to this restaurant as there are so many better ones in Bolton. I am a vegetarian and there was only one choice of pasta dish which I think is unacceptable. I ended up having a pizza because I didn't like the one pasta dish that they offered. When I go out to a restaurant I don't really want to have a pizza because I can have that anytime. Asda do great pizzas for half the price. This restaurant has definitely gone down hill since it was baroccos. Also we ordered the profiteroles for dessert and at one time you got 4 but now you only get two for the same price. A few family member went the other night to try it out and they said they wouldn't go back either and had to complain of cold food. Also one party member ordered chips with his mains and they didn't come until after he had finished his meal. I am so disappointed as this use to be a great place to eat but not any more!

We visited Ciao baby for the first time since it was Borroccos yesterday, we loved barrocos and we was expecting a really nice meal and looking forward to it- However we was disgusted with the portion sizes against the price of them - we ordered the Veal Escolopes n lemon sauce at £14.95 a dish and instead of getting a nice think piece of veal we was given a flimsy piece no thicker than half a centimetre, and one bowl of potato and veg that was hard an cold to share between 2 adults! for that costs of £30 for 2 dishes i was disgusted. I demanded more veg which i did get but I could not believe that the dish was £14.95 - it was worth £4.95 at best ! very very disappointing! I felt sick paying that price at the end of the night for the meal i would never go there again! I wouldn't recommend Ciao baby to anyone , in fact will be telling people not to bother - what a let down after how good Barrocos was!

We went to this restaurant last weekend. It was fabulous! The food was divine. The staff were friendly and wanted nothing more than to please. Hats off to the chef as that was the best meal I have tasted in a long time. The restaurant was in a lovely location and has just been refurbished too which gives it that extra special edge. We heard of the new restaurant as the gentleman that own it also have Baci Restaurant which is in Harwood near Bolton again another fantastic restaurant.

We visited this restaurant and can only give it fantastic scores for service, promptness, food, cleanliness, decor and nice wines. It's in a lovely setting and deserves to be a success. My companion who does not even like Italian restaurants said his sirloin steak diane was "lovely" and gave the food 9/10. I had veal with marsala sauce which was equally nice and deserving of 9/10. These were served with potatoes and vegetables, the broccoli being green not yellow as in some establishments. The decor is lovely but not overdone. You would feel equally at home if you had got dressed up for a meal but not embarrassed if you had not. We dined at 6pm and this restaurant very quickly got more diners, with lots of reservations for the night. It's in a lovely setting on the edge of the moors. The service was faultless, what more can you ask for?
