About Colombo Street
Colombo Street has been a fixture of outdoor events around the Midlands since 2018 and you may well have seen their distinctive street food truck. In 2020 and 2021 they were finalists at the British Street Food Awards and now they have taken the next step, opening a restaurant in the heart of Nottingham with an extended menu. You can choose between Lankan Street Tapas with an assortment of short-eats, signatures kottus and more exciting street food dishes served tapas-style and the Ceylon Dining menu with a carefully curated selection of classic, homecooked traditional dishes including authentic coconut-based curries. The food is complemented by a range of draught, craft and bottled beers – including Sri Lankan craft beers – as well as a carefully chosen wine list. Colombo Street is open every day from 11am to 10pm and their outside catering arm can be booked for weddings, birthdays, private and corporate events, however big or small.
