This is not a recommendation to got and have food at the Cross Hands its a recommendation to stay away. We went there today 11/05/08 and had the Sunday Roast which for £9.50 you think will be good. How wrong can you be, the meat was tough the gravy still had flour lumps in it and they never even brought the veg out for the meal untill we were nearly finished. The Cross hands is not worth the money and it is a place we will not be going back to again!!!!

all in all me and my friends were so pleased to be served such a high quality of food in relaxed pub environment I would recommend the cross hands to anyone as a lovely night out.
