About Cucina Di Vincenzo

Cucina Di Vincenzo is a new family owned Italian restaurant that opened December 2016 on Woolton Road, Childwall, Liverpool. It can seat up to 80 diners spread over two floors with a contemporary design, open kitchen, chef's table and antipasti bench. Their special rigatoni meat ragu is a winner. There is an abundance of daily/weekly specials on offer, covering a wide range of dishes, with an emphasis on fresh pasta and fish. All desserts are made in house and although the list isn’t exhaustive, you’d be foolish to miss out! A tight but varied wine list, showcasing some stunning varietals at more than reasonable prices. Behind the bar, there are a broad range of spirits available, with a focus on gin and whisky, accompanied by a small selection of house cocktails. Booking is highly recommended and an online facility is available on the website.

My favourite neighbourhood restaurant in Liverpool. We actually drive across town to eat here!

A disappointing meal, pushed in and out in about 40 minutes, the staff where over intrusive 'you guys' (we are two female pensioners) this is fake' make money fast' italian food. I can assure you as an italian national, this is not the best of italian cuisine.

Nice food but had to pay extra for potatoes (roast cod served with peas only?). We were asked to move tables mid-mains and didn't even get our wine glasses topped up, just a "thanks guys" . Frequent visitor to Italy and not quite the authentic Italian experience I expected "guys".

The atmosphere, service and wonderful food was a perfect backdrop to meeting up with old friends. Genuinely friendly and helpful all afternoon made for a great day. This was my second visit which confirmed the first was no one off! Excellent food beautifully cooked and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Even my Italian grandma would have felt at home! We'll be visiting again very soon!

A party of us went for the first time tonight, not been before. And what can I say, we all had three courses and where very happy with them all. The presentation and service where excellent, nice Coffee and desert. Lovely family run business. Well worth a visit and we will be returning again.

I went last night, I have to say the food the ambience and atmosphere, was second to none. The owner and his family treat you like old friends, its so welcoming and the Lemon Gin and Tonic is worth a second try ha ha.. Lovely evening, I wish you all the best of luck .

We live locally and driving past noticed the restaurant looked to have opened so called in and booked a table for later. It turned out to be a preview night for the kitchen and staff to refine things. However nothing needs refining everythong was perfect food, wine, staff and atmosphere. It was a pleasure to share their first night and we were invited to have a celebratory glass of champagne with the family and staff at the end of the evening. Lovely family who deserve to succeed and .based on the first night experience I am positve they will.
