We dine out regularly and have been amazed by the transformation of this well presented restaurant to an optical pleasure. It is contemporary in it's design and the colour scheme is naturally pleasing to the eye. The waiting staff are very pleasant mannered and in great humour. The Manager is very funny and is always on hand to sort anything out if you do find a problem. We have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. Now that it has been refurbished, the food has got even better! They have an open kitchen with Chef cooking starters and his clothes are clean!! They always use fresh ingredients and you can taste the multitude of spices that are in every dish! They have taken a lot of the usual dishes off the menu but, they have replaced them with some real culinary delights! Mouth-watering tawa chicken/lamb and grilled chicken baltis. I can honestly recommend this restaurant for its great food, ambience and very warm welcome. 12 out of 10. Keep it up!

An outstanding Indian restaurant, we arrived for the first time on a Tuesday evening when the restaurant was packed with customers, that? what caught us after seeing all the other Balti restaurants empty. After a wait of 15 minutes we got a table. The food was ordered and we could see food getting cooked in the open kitchen which was brilliant, there was a display of grilled starters uncooked where we could choose from and than see them get cooked on a grill. The food was outstanding and the service was brilliant, the waiters were all smart and made a effort to talk to customers. The restaurant just had a major refurbishment and was looking beautiful and very stylish. Its the best from the rest.

An excellent indian restaurant, so much so that we've been going for 12 years. I've been to all the expensive indian restaurants (JJays, Shimla Pinks, Cafe Lazzez etc.) and even though their decor is nice, the food does not compare. The food, especially the balti is extremely well prepared using very fresh ingredients and the result is a very very tasty meal. The service is very good and the manager(s) take an effort to talk to and know their customers. The price is probably about £10-12 per head which is very reasonable. The interior has also just been redone giving it a open kitchen and a very contemporary feel, using high class fittings and fixtures. It stands out from all the other balti restaurants in Ladypool road.
