Within the Castle Hotel in the centre of Conwy - eaten here too many times to remember and service and food has been excellent. Menu changed every season but we always go for the chicken korma - it's out of the world - people come from miles around for it. Sunday lunch of Black Welsh beef and Yorkshire pud is always good.
