We visited last Friday. Had no problems getting a table. Ordered a starter to share, but some of the dips were missing i.e. feta cheese. Instead of telling us, or replacing these we just had to do without. When we asked why feta cheese etc wasn't included, they had sold out. Would have been nice to be told this before we ordered. The card reading machines were also down, had to go to cash point and go back to pay. Food not great either. Will not go back.

First time we had tried this restaurant, so did not know what to expect. We arrived and asked for a table for 4, the waiter pointed to a booth and asked if we could wait a moment while it was cleaned. We sat down and was given the menus straight away. There was so much choice we could not choose. I opted for`The Works' burger and my husband had the pie in ale with mash and real gravy, our friends went for the smoked chicken burger. We did not have to wait long for them to come and was not disappointed with what arrived. My burger was held together with a wooden skewer and i looked at it and did not know where to begin, it contained a thick burger sat on a bed of salad and mayonnaise, topped with cheese, bacon, caramelsied onions, fried egg and beetroot served on a really nice bun. It was brilliant. My husbands pie was unbelievable a solid fancy pie on top of home made mash and real gravy. I'm not joking we were both stuffed afterwards and our friends really enjoyed theirs. For the meal and drinks it came to £58 which i suppose for a restaurant in the trafford centre wasn't bad. next time we go shopping i will definitely try it again.
