Dolce Vita has been a mainstay of the Ainsdale dining scene for more than 30 years with the second generation of the family now closely involved with the business. The restaurant has its own distinct and vibrant atmosphere and serves a wide selection of Italian and Mediterranean dishes at competitive prices. Everything is freshly prepared under the supervision of Head Chef Tom Wareing (who trained under Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing) and Damiano Cardillo-Stagno (second generation family member who learned his trade from his father and Dolce Vita founder Mario). Front-of-house is handled by Damiano's brother Stefano. The menu covers all of the Italian classics as well as gluten-free and vegetarian options. Dolce Vita is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sunday and groups and parties are welcome. Ainsdale's Bar Mio is a sister venue.
