Doof is a great, friendly place for excellent sandwiches and other fare for busy people in the lunch hour. I've been there about seven times now and each time has been a pleasure - words like that are bandied about in reviews but honestly, if you're in Preston and peckish, go and check it out. The bacon, brie and cranberry roll comes recommended from me ;-)
