I have been to the Drawbridge numerous times and never had any complaints about the standard of food quality nor service, I find the staff to be friendly and most welcoming, it is one of my favourite places to go for a meal and drink, its not a noisy place and kids are welcome as well

The meal is carvery, with a side menu of salads only. Weekday meals upto 5.00 pm are very good value. They do go up after 5.00pm but still very reasonable. Sunday lunch is more expensive but the quality and quantity are the same as weekday so not as good value. There is usually a choice of 3 joints, together with yorkies, stuffing etc. and usually 5/6 veg incl. potatoes. You can choose all 3 meats if you wish!
