About Elmas Restaurant
Elmas, literally ‘diamond’ in Turkish, is a little gem in the heart of Lymm, right opposite Lymm Cross, the focal point of the village and close by the canal. Owner Burak has worked all over the world and the menu at Elmas incorporates dishes from right across the Mediterranean with Turkish, Greek, Spanish and Italian choices offering something for everyone. Elmas is open for dinner seven days an week and right through from 11am at weekends. Popular starters include Calamari, Spare Ribs and Hummus while for mains signature choices includes Sea Bass fillets with a lemon, ginger and garlic sauce, Tuna steak with pepper sauce and Stuffed aubergine. There’s also lots of pizza, pasta and risotto choices. There’s a roast on Sundays too. Elmas is fully licensed with 40-plus wines to choose from and a range of cocktails. Keep an eye out for the regular live music events and to make the most of the weather, bi-fold doors and an al fresco dining area are being added soon.
