About Farina 2.0

Farina 2.0 on Lytham’s Clifton Street is an Italian trattoria open seven days a week. Owners Arialdo and Stefano hail from Italy’s south and the menu majors on traditional dishes from their home regions of Apulia and Campania. Pasta is prepared fresh in-house every day and is served al dente as in Italy (although you can request for it to be cooked a little longer). It’s also available for purchase to take home. Pizzas are thin, crispy and charred underneath in the wood-fired oven in the typical Apulian style but you can ask for the softer Neapolitan style if you prefer. There are also weekly specials made with fresh seasonal ingredients.

Havent been for a while but Sundays meal with friends didnt disappoint at all. Excellent food and very good, friendly, helpful staff giving brillant service puts it to the top of our local list for any type of food, not just Italian. Only point dropped for atmosphere was purely that it was a quiet wet Sunday afternoon that we were there. Looking forward to taking more friends and family there.
