I have been to Fuji 3 times. First time in June (the place has just opened) - it was haphazard, I thought it was teething problems. Second time – 3 weeks ago for teppanyaki. The service was slow and the food was greasy. 3d time - last week. We did not reservation, but were seated at hibachi. When I wanted to order something different than teppanyaki, I was told that I cannot have anything but teppanyaki, the choice of teppanyaki a la carte was not good for waitress either, se was particularly pleasant. In the end they made total mess of my order. At the moment I would not recommend it – there is not much Japanese about it.
