As part of a party of 12 we had hoped for a great meal and some fantastic cocktails at Ha Ha Bar, what we actually got was poor quality food and hideously overpriced drinks. The steaks tasted like they had been frozen and the fishcakes lacked any type of seasoning, containing only watery potato and very little fish. Very disappointing visit and will not be going again

Please pass this on to senior management I have sent this email to Becky Hayword and Nicola Johnstone And they have not had the common decency to reply To whom do I complain? My wife, daughter and myself had a meal in Ha Ha Albert Dock Liverpool The welcome was Ok but when we ask to move table so that we could sit near a window over looking the docks, it was reported that all the other tables in the dining room were reserved. The place was quiet at that time. The service was very good and friendly Atmosphere was good Drink selection very good Cleanliness very good Menu design good Uniforms very good Décor very good Food Quality - All dishes arrived cold and I mean cold. One was sent back and kindly reheated. One meal , a chicken wrap, was virtually still frozen in the middle and my wife could not eat this and left hungry. It was kindly agreed, at the table, that there would be no charge for this meal but it was put on the bill. The problem was cleared up eventually before we left. I am sorry to complain. We are not a family that does I thought you should know to help you in the future Kindest Regards Richard Williams

Disappointing - go there on a nice day and despite you putting your fave meal choices in order its guaranteed that most will be unavailable due to trade flow and poor supply strategy! Wanted a steak sort meal and ended up with a chicken Caesar sandwich, wont be back!

Worst food worst service I have ever experienced, the chef couldn’t even toast a ciabatta without burning it.

The staff were very rude and this was not a good welcome to Liverpool for our friends! We waited over 30 minutes for food and when it came the burger was cold. When we enquired as to how long our food would be the waitress shrugged her shoulders. We each gave it marks out of 10 and it received 16 out of a possible 60 points -what a disappointment.

Looked nice & we were taken to our seats on time (there was 25 of us). Overall the service was appalling considering we were practically the only people eating! the food was average - the steak was raw or burnt & u don't get it how u want it? Lots of choice of cocktails @ the bar but as long as u don't want lime in your Mojitto! Don't think any of the 25 people will be telling there friends to eat there
