I have visited Hamburger Union more than a few times now and each time the all eating experience never failed to be excellent. The order counter is welcoming. That smell entices you in and you can see how the food is prepared (a sign of confidence).You choose from the board placed above the counter what you want, pay and you get given a number to place on a holder on your table. Within minutes, my order arrived. The service was friendly and efficient. And the best is the food. I have had so far the hamburger, the chicken and the chorizo burger. And i would recommend any of them with the delicious fries. All have distinct flavours on a par with each other. And the chocolate milkshake is divine. PS: i also love the touch of humour in the prints, the tactile stools, the red wall and that huge aubergine bronze sculpture.
