On the approach to Holne Chase, one just hopes that the food matches the ambience and location. Yes it did, although the hotel itself looks and feels a little lived in and tired, the staff and menu make up for it. The food was very local and spot on for seasonality. The chef I understand is very young but has been superbly trained. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
