Horto uses ingredients from Rudding Park Kitchen Garden, where over 100 different types of fruit, vegetables, edible flowers and herbs are grown under the keen eye of Head Kitchen Gardener, Adrian Reeve. The menu changes regularly and is dictated by nature, the skill of the Gardener and the flair of Head Chef, Murray Wilson, with his modern interpretation of different cooking methods and presentation. Choose from the Chef’s Menu or the Choice Menu. All wines are served by the glass or you can opt for the excellent drinks pairing. Horto is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday with seating between 7pm and 8.30pm. Tables must be pre-booked. Any special dietary requirements should be advised at the time of booking. Horto was named Best Fine Dining Restaurant in the Yorkshire Evening Post Oliver Awards 2018.
