Set in a tree-lined Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow, One Devonshire Gardens is an iconic luxury boutique hotel; a Hotel du Vin with a little bit more. Considered one of Scotland's finest luxury hotels, One Devonshire Gardens has been given the full Hotel du Vin treatment. Within the bistro you'll find great classic and modern dishes with a Scottish influence, all supporting their philosophy of quality food, cooked simply with the freshest of local ingredients and sensibly priced. Wine is, naturally, of fundamental importance with knowledgeable yet friendly staff presenting a wide selection of carefully selected bottles at reasonable prices. With capacity for 78 diners, the popular oak panelled bistro is an intimate and atmospheric dining room, which welcomes both resident and non-resident guests. The hotel’s Whisky Snug and grape and grain bars offer the perfect location to unwind and socialise in stylish surrounds. The bistro is open for lunch, Sunday to Friday and breakfast and dinner seven days a week.

I think what really made my evening was the service, all the staff were knowledgeable, passionate and professional and for me (and my fellow diners)that was such a treat. That is not to take away from the quality of the food which was simply awesome-and what a selection!! My meal at devonshire gardens was one of the best in my life! I would recommend it to any and all and cannot wait until i can visit again the next time i'm in glasgow.
