About Indian Zing

Chef Manoj Vasaikar boasts an impressive culinary CV -- Deputy Head Chef at Chutney Mary, Head Chef at Veeraswamy, time with Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels and Sheraton ITC in India, and most recently the award-winning Just India in Putney. Now he's opened his own restaurant in Hammersmith, Indian Zing. Decorated in contemporary style, it seats 58 and the menu combines Manoj's signature dishes with an increased focus on regional Indian cooking and traditional ingredients. Wines have been carefully chosen to complement the food.
