Into the Blue at Shoreham-by-Sea has built up a fantastic reputation over the last decade as one of the best seafood restaurants in Sussex. They pride themselves on delivering quality home-cooked food combining classic and contemporary flavours. Experienced Head Chef David Henderson’s high-end bistro dishes offer plenty of exciting and innovative fish, seafood and steak options including modern European and fusion choices. There are always Daily Specials available too. Into The Blue supports local businesses, sourcing produce from as near as possible, including British sparkling and still wines, and there are regular wine tasting events here.

My brother and I came here for my birthday lunch. I had heard of the restaurant but never been before. What a shame! We both had the most amazing paella and this is clearly a specilalist fish restaurant with a delightfully retro atmosphere. we were made most welcome and I am wondering who I can bring back to the restaurant next!

Absolutely superb! Good was sooooo good, staff all lovely, lady that greeted us was just so lovely, nothing too much trouble. Atmosphere was quiet but really busy. Offered to marry the chef but wasn’t the first and won’t be the last. Will fe returni g, my fav new place!

Another excellent meal. We both had the monkfish that was served with fondant potatoes - absolutely delicious. Presentation was 10/10. Great service and we Can’t wait to go back again .

I hadn't visited Into the Blue for years and it was an excellent experience. Service is good, food delicious, a lovely place to have lunch and I am sure it is a great place to be in the evening.

Had a great evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great. 4 of us had different meals from fish and chips to sea bass and monkfish. All were beautifully cooked and presented.
