Into the Blue at Shoreham-by-Sea has built up a fantastic reputation over the last decade as one of the best seafood restaurants in Sussex. They pride themselves on delivering quality home-cooked food combining classic and contemporary flavours. Experienced Head Chef David Henderson’s high-end bistro dishes offer plenty of exciting and innovative fish, seafood and steak options including modern European and fusion choices. There are always Daily Specials available too. Into The Blue supports local businesses, sourcing produce from as near as possible, including British sparkling and still wines, and there are regular wine tasting events here.

We went to Into the Blue for lunch yesterday and had an absolutely brilliant meal. The Paella was the best paella have tasted for a long time as was the Almond Tart. Great service and great food what better way to spend Sunday lunch!

This is the second time of eating here and I can honestly say that the food is exceptional. I had the paella dish (which generally I'm not a massive fan of) but this dish was delicious and full of flavours. The service is wonderful and you are not feeling rushed in any way. I will, without doubt, be visiting again soon and highly recommend this for any seafood lovers (they do have a small meat section too). 10 out of 10.

A fantastic meal, seated at our new favourite spot in the corner! Attentive staff and friendly atmosphere Our scallops and duck tacos were beautiful followed by your usual superb bouillabaisse and the monk fish just melted in your mouth. The only slight criticism was the cold mayonnaise? on the top of the fish caused the vegetables to go cold very quickly. However it was still a very tasty dish. Our favourite place to eat, excellent menu, we just wished we lived nearer
