Rang 3 times throughout the day and evening to book a table. Left a message on the answerphone and sent an email. No one returned my call or replied to my email. Very disappointed. Will not be going here in future or recommending this to anyone.

First time for an evening meal last Saturday.Great menu choice, really nice place. Unfortunatley the main course got mixed up.

Overpriced average food and a disconcerting air of pretension - distinctly average in all but price and portion.

Just been to the Kaye Arms for a meal and was extremely disappointed, we had to wait ages for the waitress to come and take our order, then we did not realise that you did not get vegetables with your meal, I had lamb it cost nearly £18-00 and although it tasted nice I was starving, we were not made aware that you had to pay separate for vegetables, i asked for the bill 3 times and eventually had to go to the bar and ask again, it cost us £170-00 for 4 and we came home hungry, no value for money, I could have made the meal for less than £50-00 really disappointed with the service, waitress was miserable as sin. I think you ought to look at your prices and what you give think I had maybe 2 spoonfuls of mash under my lamb, we were not the only ones to be disappointed people were complaining in the car park too!

Recently visited the Kaye arms after a recommendation from a work colleague to try it out. What he didn't say was how good the food was, I had the Scallops followed by a very nice Lobster Therador [ haven't seen that in years] while my wife had the french onion soup followed by the seabass on med veg, all very nicely presented and tasty. We didnt book but were attentively seen to and advised of a waiting time, only 15 mins on the night we were there and had a drink at the bar followed by a bottle off the massive wine list, at this point I asked for some guidance and was asked to try the wine before I bought it, !! thats never happened before. A Really nice meal served with professionalism and inclusion made a final bill a pleasure to pay. Would recommend it to anyone.
