About Kingsway Lounge

Warrington's Kingsway Lounge is a modern Indian restaurant and takeaway serving a wide range of dishes from the Indian subcontinent, combining familiar favourites with more contemporary house specialities. The menu runs from tandoori meats, kebabs and mixed grills through to curries, biryanis and seafood dishes, with options including the Kingsway Special Mix, spicy lamb chops and larger-format dishes such as a whole tandoori chicken and Kursi lamb, which requires advance notice. There are vegetarian choices too, while weekend lunch offers add another dimension, including a Saturday light lunch menu. The restaurant opens evenings Monday to Friday and from lunchtime at weekends, with takeaway available too.

We visited the Restaurant last Saturday with my partner's son who was visiting from Scotland and is vegetarian. My partner and I have been quite often and always found everything top notch. Scott was very impressed with the variation of food for himself. Portions are plentiful, the atmosphere is great and all staff are very attentive constantly. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going. You will not regret it.
