Me and my partner went on Valentines Day for a meal, we were told that were was going to be two sittings because they were busy; Half six and half eight - they still let people in off the street, even though people had booked. This wouldn't have been a problem if they weren't woefully understaffed and had prioritised customers who came in first.
It took 20 minutes for them to take our order; they forgot the spoon with our starter of soup; they took another 25 minutes for the main course after they cleared away our starter and then we had to wait another 45 minutes for our dessert. The couple next to us walked out at this point. The waitress apologised and said she would fetch the manager, who never came. When we came to pay the bill an extra bottle of wine and Peroni had appeared on it!
The quality of the food was barely satisfactory, the soup was quite tasty although laden with salt. The main course I had of salmon with prawns had the most over cooked chewy prawns I have ever had the misfortune of tasting and the salmon wasn't too fresh and the dessert was something which I could have knocked up from Iceland. The portions were miniscule, I grabbed a sandwich as soon as I got home!
Overall, a hugely disapointing meal and I won't be returning.

I go here a lot because the food is amazing and the staff are so lovely.
I have had the Seafood Pescatore a number of times now, and it has been slightly different every time depending on the catches of the day.
The regular menu is quite small because they always have specials on the boards and everything is so fresh.
I have taken many friends and colleagues here and I am yet to find one person who has one bad word to say.

We are regulars here and we have yet to have a bad meal - my favourite meal is definitely the spaghetti pescatore which is absolutely loaded with fish. The menu has plenty of tempting dishes to choose from plus there is a fresh fish board. There are specials during the week from 5-7pm where a pasta dish costs less than £5 - bargain! The prices are average, service, ambience and food itself are superb. Give them a try you'll be glad you did.
