My daughter, a student at University of Liverpool and her friends went to celebrate a friends Birthday tonight at this venue. She aid over £8.00 for a Beefburger that was half cooked! Her friends Steak was Rare after her asking for a well done steak. Both girls did not want to make a fuss on the Birthday girls special day, so just left their Food on the plate. I think Leaf need to address this problem! You cannot serve half cooked Burgers, as I cook I know this is not good practice to serve part cooked food and as for the cost of £8.00 for a burger....well I wont comment.. Disgraceful! My advice for poor customer care, food quality and service is give this place a miss!
