We have visited Aspects on numerous occasions which was excellent, have also been several times when it changed to Lovells.
We visited Friday evening and sorry to say we were disappointed. There is now only a set menu with two courses for £15.95 plus supplements . We asked if we could have main and dessert for our meals and were told yes . We all had fillet steak cooked differently and they gave us the wrong ones.
When we asked for the dessert menu Alan and I were sharing a cheeseboard and Hilda declined dessert but they still wanted to charge a supplement for the cheese board even though we only had one and were entitled to three items off the desert menu.
They also got drinks wrong so I'm afraid we will not be going there again.

I have visited Aspects @ Holland Hall Hotel a number of times and the fact that i keep going back tells you what i think of it. I thought it was about time i let the whole world know just how good this place is.
The whole restaurant has a very nice feel to it with the decoration and design very modern. There are lots of nice touches such as covered terraces and outdoor heating.
The service as you walk in is second to none with the kind staff offering you a drink, while you take a seat on the comfy leather sofa browsing the menus.
The Menus are superb value, with lots of choice and for what you get, the price is simply excellent.
I always believe that a restaurant has to have good service to win me over, and Aspects certainly has that and on top of that the food is delicious! The corn-fed chicken is a personal favourite of mine.
As well as excellent food, the presentation of the food is also second to none. Not only does the food taste great, it looks the part too! The meal has not been thrown together in the kitchen and rushed to your table, a great deal of thought has gone into it!
Aspects is certainly the best restaurant in the area as far as im concerned and i know i have not eaten there for the last time! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone!
