An excellent quality, value for money meal every time we have been to Lowthers. Have been to a lot of good restaurants but this is one of the best. Food is always of the highest quality. Only one drawback, no draught beers. A few good real ales would be the icing on the cake. Recommended so many friends to go to Lowthers now I am recommending it to everyone.

Called in with the family (2 kids inc)for lunch on a Saturday. Food was spot on for the 2 of us & the kids food was excellent. ( sausage with herbs & chips & chicken strips in beer batter. McDs eat your heart out!) Steak & mushroom pie 4 me & braised beef 4 the Mrs. Tasted fantastic. Cost was exceptional (less than £22 inc a round of drinks) A1 for effort, speed & taste.
