About Luciano’s At The Millstone
Luciano's At The Millstone is a former pub and Mediterranean restaurant set in an area of outstanding natural beauty next to Rivington Reservoir, near Horwich. New owners took over in October 2010 and undertook a major refurbishment, transforming the venue into an upmarket bar and Italian restaurant. The 120-cover dining area combines cream porcelain floor tiles with mirrored walls, dark wood panelling and subtle lighting whilst the bar boasts luxurious brown leather seating and a 26-foot granite bar. There is a baby grand piano in reception and in winter, open fires add to the ambience. Luciano's is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sunday and does a special three-course Sunday lunch served from 12 noon to 4.30pm. There is a separate function room for parties and being close to the M61 it is popular for corporate events. Walkers are welcome too with casual lunches served in the bar area. Luciano’s now has a sister restaurant at Middlebrook Retail & Leisure Park in Bolton.
