About Manuka
Manuka, in the heart of Liverpool’s Ropewalks, is an Australasian-inspired neighbourhood hangout in the heart of Liverpool’s Ropewalks that opened in August 2023. It’s named after Manuka honey, native to New Zealand and Australia and famous for its health benefits. The focus here is on locally sourced produce with modern Antipodean dishes served up to a soulful soundtrack. By day you can expect specially curated brunch dishes, alongside fresh pastries, specialty coffee and nutritious smoothies and by night, small plates (sharing optional) plus delicious wines and cocktails from the Southern Hemisphere.
