This restaurant became a Tapas Restaurant earlier this year and the food was fantastic. My husband and i have been 3 times in quite close succession. Unfortunately, the surroundings are seriously lacking. Considerable investment needs to be made to transform the interior. I have recommended the food to many people but, everyone of them has said they would not go, as it looks so rundown. The restaurant has not been opening in the evening recently and is now just serving breakfast and lunch. This is very sad as the chef clearly has a talent that is being wasted

best fresh food ever staff friendly and went out of their way to be helpful excellent value for money open all day for full breakfast and evenings wide Italian menu

Absolutely fabulous food, if it isn? on the menu, Mario will do his best to cook whatever you want!! Prawns and mushrooms in cheese, cream and garlic sauce and oven baked is to die for, but don? forget the garlic bread to soak up the sauce!! Does a mean salmon steak too!!

What Mario? lacks in ambience it certainly makes up in the quality of the food. It really is a shame it is not as popular as it should be.
